i think its pretty disgusting los angeles wasting 3.7 million dollers to clean this dub off of a shitty concrete water drain,for basically no reason. when theres hundreds of thousands of people dying for medicine and homeless people who cant even find a place to piss. what a bunch of fuckin idiots.-how would you spend 3.7 m for a city?
just think what benefits would come from that, and how pointless this whole jib is...
